These terms cover your use of the PSP PSX PS1 PS2 Games Library app for Android (“the app”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

1. What the app does

The app is a catalog and download manager for game files (“ROMs”) for the PlayStation, PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable consoles. It lets you browse and search a catalog of 1,859 games, download game files to your device, and open them in emulator apps you install separately. The app contains no emulator and plays no games itself.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only download game files you have the right to possess in your country. Game files are typically subject to copyright, and laws differ by jurisdiction — what is lawful for you depends on where you live and what you own.
• The catalog links to files hosted by third parties. The app does not host game files and does not guarantee that any particular link works, is complete, or is safe.
• You are responsible for having enough free storage space and a suitable connection for the files you download — some are several gigabytes.

3. No account

The app has no accounts and no sign-in. Your favorites, downloads and settings live only on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising

The app shows ads from Google AdMob. A rewarded ad can be watched to unlock the faster CDN download link for a download. There are no paid tiers and no subscriptions.

5. Emulators are separate

Emulators such as DuckStation, ePSXe, AetherSX2, NetherSX2 and PPSSPP are made by their own developers and are not part of this app. Their behavior, requirements and terms are their own. The app only passes the downloaded file to the emulator you choose.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Download links may break, files may be incomplete, and the catalog may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

The app and these terms may change over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The current version is always posted at this address.
